This weekend over 300 motorcycles will be on display at the Quail Lodge & Golf Club. Featuring some of the world’s finest and most rare collections of motorcycles, tickets to the event include lunch and a viewing of vintage and modern motorcycles in addition to free parking and a gear valet service. The lone closing in Pebble Beach this week was a dated French Country style home in Country Club West, which went into escrow after a 1 week on the market and sold full price for $1.649M. Carmel had 2 closings this week – “Tid Bit” in the Golden Rectangle sold for 3% off list price at $2.32M after 10 days on the market and a European inspired cottage on an oversized lot clocked in at $2.1175M (4% off original list price or 2.5% off most recent list price, DOM = 179). The 5 new sales included a recently built Mediterranean in the Golden Rectangle (list price: $2.995M, DOM = 93), a classic board and batten cottage located 3 blocks from the beach on the market for less than 2 weeks (list price: $1.895M), an oversized major remodel in SE Carmel (list price: $1.87M, DOM = 18), a renovated vintage home on a double lot in NE Carmel (list price: $1.595M, DOM = 16), and a dated cottage in NE Carmel (list price: $1.45M, DOM = 145).
There was 1 new sale in the Highlands: a vintage ocean view beach house backing Highway 1 which was on and off the market for the past year (list price: $1.998M). There were no closings in the Highlands, nor were there new sales or closed escrows in Quail or the Preserve.
