Below please find a recap of this week’s activity in addition to our 3Q19 Quarterly Update.  The market slowed a bit this week, reporting 4 closed escrows and 7 new sales in our subject regions.  The majority of new sales were in the $1-3M range and there was activity across the board with demand spread across all regions.

  • CLOSED ESCROW: 1642 Sonado Road, Sale Price: $2.1M (7% off most recent list price or 19% off original list price), DOM = 133.
  • NEW SALE: 1060 Rodeo Road, List Price: $2.725M (original: $2.879M), DOM = 251.
  • NEW SALE: 3113 Stevenson Drive, List Price: $1.295M (original: $1.395M), DOM = 129.
  • NEW SALE: 48 Shepherd’s Knoll, List Price: $649K, DOM = 33.
