Pebble had another slow week with 2 closings and 1 new sale. The two closed escrows this week came from Country Club West and included a 2 bed/ 2 bath single level home with forest views that closed after just 2 days on the market at $1.38M (1% off list price), and a renovated single level 3 bedroom house close to Spanish Bay that closed at $1.35M (4% off list price). Carmel had a hot week with 6 closings and 2 new sales this week.
