Canning Properties Group is honored to represent the top closed escrow in Pebble this week: a Mediterranean estate with views of Stillwater Cove just steps from the Lodge which closed for a 29% discount off list price at $10.25M after a little over a year on the market. Other closings in Pebble consisted of an old world Spanish hacienda style estate near the Lodge which sold after less than a week on the market at a 5% discount off list price ($3.29M), a dated 70’s-built contemporary near MPCC on the market for only 2 weeks (sale price: $1.2M, 8% off most recent list price or 13% off original list price), and an ocean view condominium unit in Shepherd’s Knoll/Upper Forest (sale price: $655K, a 3% discount off most recent list price or 28% off original list price, DOM = 276). Canning Properties Group represents the top new escrow in the region this week as well – an extraordinary iconic oceanfront estate and adjacent lot on famed Sunset Point (list price: $27.9M, DOM = 300). The remaining new sales in the region included an updated 70’s-built ocean view Contemporary in the Upper Forest (list price: $1.899M, DOM = 44), and a traditional family home in quiet Country Club East which was only on the market for 1 day before going into contract (list price: $1.549M).
 
Closings in Carmel this week were a cottage in the Golden Rectangle just 2 blocks from the beach which sold full price at $2.695M after 2 weeks on the market, a completely remodeled vintage SW Carmel cottage (sale price: $1.65M, 8% off most recent list price or 13% off original list price, DOM = 40), a beloved multi-generational adobe on a sun soaked corner lot in Hatton Fields (off-market; sale price $1.55M – a Canning Properties Group sale), and an updated 1940’s built cottage with private guest quarters in NE Carmel (sale price: $1.2978M, 3% off list price, DOM = 26). Canning Properties Group represents the sellers of the top new sale in Carmel – an exquisitely built, old world inspired estate on a 13,000 square foot lot in Carmel Point (list price: $7.9M, DOM = 383). Other new sales in Carmel included a quintessential Carmel cottage located near town in the Golden Rectangle (list price: $2.995M, DOM = 168), a vintage post adobe in Carmel Point abutting the lagoon at Carmel River State Beach (list price: $2.75M, DOM = 172), a dated vintage cottage with guest house in the heart of the Golden Rectangle which was on the market for just 2 days (list price: $1.595M), an updated circa 1960’s cottage with whimsical gardens in NW Carmel (list price: $1.498M, DOM = 63), a cute vintage cottage in NE Carmel on the market for approximately 1 month (list price: $1.348M), and a charming cozy 1940’s-built cottage with guest unit in NE Carmel (list price: $1.05M, DOM = 71).
