Happy Mother’s Day from CPG!  We hope you have a great weekend celebrating Mother’s Day with your family.  The local real estate market had a productive week, reporting 5 closings and 11 new sales in our subject regions.  Below please find a recap from the week:

Canning Properties Group is honored to represent the seller and buyer of iconic “Casa Ladera”, a legendary ocean view estate on over 3 park-like acres on Crespi Lane (sale price: $14.735M, 11% off list price, DOM = 92).  The remaining 4 closings this week in our areas were also in Pebble: an updated Ranch style ‘80’s build on the market for almost a year (sale price: $2.6M, 13% off most recent list price or 28% off original list price), a partially remodeled French inspired home in the Estates which was active for less than 2 weeks (sale price: $2.19M, 5% off list price), a traditional Mid-Century home in the Upper Forest which sold for full price at $1.295M (DOM = 49), and a dated fixer near MPCC which sold $80K above ask for $1.175M (DOM = 11).  New sales in the Forest included an ocean view estate atop Ronda Road (list price: $12M, DOM = 109), a beautifully remodeled family home on an acre in the Estates region (list price: $3.9M, DOM = 284), a vintage modern log cabin with slot views of the golf course and ocean which was on the market for less than 2 weeks (list price: $2.395M), a dated traditional fixer in the Upper Forest on the market for only 4 days (list price: $1.397M), a traditional single level ‘60’s build which was on the market for 5 days (list price: $1.215M), a remodeled home with distant ocean views in the Upper Forest on the market for 1 week (list price: $1.149M), and a dated home on a cul-de-sac in the Upper Forest (list price: $995K, DOM = 45).


There were no closings in Carmel this week but there were 3 new sales: a 5-year-old cottage in the Golden Rectangle (list price: $3.195M, DOM = 74), an updated vintage home near the Carmel Mission Basilica (list price: $1.695M, DOM = 11), a dated remodel opportunity on a large centrally located lot (list price: $1.495M, DOM = 46),

Quail had a new sale this week – a completely remodeled home on Valley Greens Circle on the market for just 1 week (list price: $2.5M).
