Carmel had another strong week coming off of two robust weeks. We saw activity across all regions this week, but Quail had a busy week with 2 new sales and 1 off market sale. As always, a few highlights from the week below:
Pebble Beach picked up this week with 4 closed escrows and 5 new sales. The bottom of the market continues to be hot in Pebble Beach with all activity posting under 2M. The top closed escrow was a craftsman style home in Country Club East that closed at $1.775M (1% off list price). The other closed escrows included a French style fixer in Central Pebble that sold at full ask of $1.595M after 4 days on the market, a ranch style home in Country Club East that closed at $978K (9% off list price), and an Ocean Pines Condo that closed at $735K (5% off list price). The top new sale came from Country Club East on Strawberry Hill Road – a recently remodeled home listed at $1.699888M. The other new sales included a remodeled home in Upper Forest listed at $1.659M, a Spanish style home in Country Club East listed at $1.525M, a two-story traditional home in Country Club West $1.449M, and a newly updated traditional home in Country Club East listed at $1.395M.
Carmel’s market had another robust week with 5 closed escrows and 7 new sales. The top closed escrow came from Carmel Point- a ocean view home on Bay View that closed at $2.5M (4% off list price). The other closed escrows included a large 5 bedroom home in Hatton Fields that closed at $2.4875M (2% off list price), a turn-key cottage in Northwest Carmel that closed at $2.198M (1% off list price), a charming home in Carmel Meadows with views that closed at $1.9M (5% off list price), and a charming traditional home in Northeast Carmel that closed at full ask of $1.415M. We are honored to represent the sellers of the top new sale this week, a charming Colonial style home with great view of Carmel Mission and peaks of ocean blue, listed at $2.595M. The other new sales included a newer home in Hatton Fields listed at $2.485M, a beautifully remodeled craftsman in Northeast Carmel listed at $1.995M, a meticulously renovated home with an open floorplan in Northeast Carmel listed at $1.899M, a Carmel Point cottage one block from the beach listed at $1.825M, and a renovated cottage in Northeast Carmel listed at $1.595M.
Carmel Highlands had one new sale this week. A Contemporary home on the East side of Highway 1, listed at $1.49M that went into escrow after just 2 days on the market.
Quail had a busy week with 3 new sales this week. We are honored to represent the sellers of the top new sale in the Quail Lodge area. The other new sales included a home off the 8th green at Quail listed at $2.195M that went into escrow after 2 days on the market and a Valley Greens Condo that was on the market for 5 days before going into contract, listed at $1.075M.
